Privacy policy

This page describes what we do with personal data when you use turbodjs.com or write to us about gear hire. No generic fluff — only what the site actually does.

Who processes the data

The controller is TurboDJs, Sofia, Bulgaria. For data questions write to hello@turbodjs.com or call +359 878 805 380.

What data we collect

• Inquiry. Name, phone and message — required. Optional: hire dates and gear from the catalog.
• Form protection. On submit, Google reCAPTCHA v3 receives technical data (incl. IP address) to assess whether the request is from a human.
• Only in your browser. Light/dark theme preference and that you’ve seen the cookie bar. This is not sent to us.

We don’t run a newsletter, ad profiles or tracking pixels.

Why and on what basis

• To reply to the inquiry and prepare a quote — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at your request prior to a contract).
• To protect the form from spam and abuse — Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in receiving real inquiries).
• In a dispute or legal obligation — as far as the law requires.

Who we share with

• Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — reCAPTCHA v3. Google processes data under its own rules: policies.google.com/privacy . Without reCAPTCHA the form cannot be submitted.
• Hosting and email — messages pass through the server hosting the site so they reach us.

We don’t sell data or give it to ad networks.

How long we keep your data

Inquiries — for as long as the hire correspondence lasts and usually up to 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer (e.g. accounting for a concluded hire).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where GDPR allows. Write to hello@turbodjs.com . You may lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection — www.cpdp.bg.

Children

The site is for professional gear hire and is not directed at children under 16.
